With neurofeedback, it's possible to gain a sense of control over mental fatigue, anxiety, stress, feeling overwhelmed...
Neurofeedback Brain Training can help bring the calm of a still lake to your brain and central nervous system which can impact mental clarity, focus, emotional ease & more.
“At first I thought it was too good to be true... listen to music for 30 minutes and experience profound changes. Yet that’s what happens. Sometimes very evidently and sometimes seamlessly.” - S.L.
Based on stressful and challenging past experiences, there used to be times when I had difficulties with self regulation when it came to improving mood, maintaining focus and 'mind chatter'. It felt like I was missing something or not in control.
But with years of professional and personal experiences, research and a lot of experimentation, I learned: Things could be different for me by training my brain to operate more smoothly and efficiently.
I found brain training in the form of neurofeedback, a type of biofeedback that applies real-time utilization of brain activity to train self regulation of the brain and its functioning.
- A 2009 analysis of various international studies showed clinical efficacy of neurofeedback on inattention, impulsivity and hyperactivity.
- Published in May 2018, a study has shown that neurofeedback has been found to be as effective as medication in the management of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
- Norman Doidge, author of The Brain That Changes Itself and neuropsychiatrist responsible for introducing the concept of neuroplasticity to the mainstream, refers to neurofeedback as “a powerful stabilizer of the brain”.
While there are many neurofeedback systems available, I work with the NeurOptimal Neurofeedback System due to its dynamical and holistic approach to training the brain:
Neurofeedback is safe, natural and the easiest way to feel, think and perform better.

How Do I Use Neurofeedback Brain Training?
First of all... In my 20s I had the realization that I wanted to live a life of meaning and to make some kind of a difference.
My chosen path and second career has been to serve and support others through mental and emotional wellness, personal growth and total health.
So it's crucial that I be at my very best to serve, and neurofeedback helps me be at my best.
The short of it is: I use it ALL THE TIME so that I am mentally, emotionally and cognitively fit. Several times a week, at minimum.
How Does it Help Me?
The short of it is: Neurofeedback calms my brain, which in turn brings efficiency, productivity and resilience in all areas of my life.
I think of it this way... It turns down the overly loud volume of life. Whether it’s running my own businesses, my personal and professional responsibilities, self improvement, my creative pursuits, and relationships, these are all daily demands that all now feel manageable… and even enjoyable!
While results for everyone varies, everyone with a brain can benefit. For any brain (and it’s owner ;) to be the best they can be.
But let me tell you, for me, my productivity and quality of work have been THROUGH THE ROOF. I think more clearly and have a greater handle on my emotions.
Brain training is easy and relaxing. I hook myself up, plug in, sit back and listen to music for 30 minutes as my brain trains.
For you, it'd be even easier. All you wouldd have to do is show up to my office and relax.
I’ll take care of the rest.
“Life is so much easier... and better.”
What's it worth for life to feel easier & better?
For me, it was worth going ALL IN because brain training has been an absolute game changer for me and I strongly believe that it can be for you, too.
“I noticed I was less anxious and more confident in situations I would not have been so confident in before. I'm more focused and enthusiastic about work and other things going on in my life. I find myself more confident when dealing with people.” - M.M.
“Virtually eliminated my PMS symptoms! No fretting, worrying, irritability...I can't adequately express how lovely that was! :)” - B.V.
“My brain is less occupied, less subject to distraction and I am able to perform better in all aspects of my life - spiritually, inter-personally, socially, professionally, creatively.” - C.M.
Now, if you’re anything like me, I’m sure you have some questions…
What can I expect that it would do for me?
I hate to answer a question with a question, but are focus, attention, stress, memory, and/or burnout concerns for you?
The following data was collected over 10 years. Each respondent engaged in neurofeedback brain training for at least 20 sessions and saw the following improvements in each category:
What will brain training do for me?
Brain training will give you the opportunity to condition your brain so you can be at your cognitive, mental and emotional best.
Just like physical fitness, conditioning your physical health will make you a better, stronger, more resilient you.
In other words, it’s not a transplant ;) … but we all have the ability to keep improving in all areas of our lives, including our brains! Neuroplasticity is awesome!
What can I do to make it as effective as possible?
Take good care of yourself, all around! Your brain isn’t an entity unto itself and also needs the rest of you in good shape. So when you take care of every part of you, you’ll be doing your brain (and YOU) good. (“Pass it on”… bonus points if you know that reference.)
There are so many things you can do, but for starters, reducing sugar (inflammation), regular light exercise, engaging in creative pursuits, and emotional self-care would definitely help. Just to name a few.

I am super passionate about having people’s lives change and be as optimal as possible with the help of brain training.
The problem is, I currently work on my own and in addition to my other businesses, spots are very limited.
The good news is, if you’re ready to get started, I will do whatever I can to work with you to make it happen.
