How Do I Use Neurofeedback Brain Training?
First of all
... In my 20s I had this incredible realization that I wanted to live a life of meaning and to make some kind of a difference.

My chosen path and second career has been to serve and support others through mental and emotional wellness and personal growth.

So it's crucial that I be at my very best to serve, and neurofeedback helps me be at my best.

The short of it is: I use it ALL THE TIME so that I am mentally, emotionally and cognitively fit.  Several times a week, at minimum.

How Does it Help Me?
I think of it this way... It turns down the overly loud volume of life.  Whether it’s running my own businesses, my personal and professional responsibilities, self improvement, my creative pursuits, and relationships, these are all daily demands that all now feel manageable… and even enjoyable!

While results for everyone varies, everyone with a brain can benefit.  For any brain (and it’s owner ;) to be the best they can be.

But let me tell you, for me, my productivity and quality of work have been THROUGH THE ROOF.  I think more clearly and have a greater handle on my emotions.

And the Really Awesome Thing?
Brain training is easy and relaxing.  I hook myself up, plug in, sit back and listen to music for 30 minutes as my brain does its optimizing thing.

There are so many things you can do, but for starters, reducing sugar (inflammation), regular light exercise, engaging in creative pursuits, and emotional self-care would definitely help.  Just to name a few.
